Shipping & Returns


All orders placed on the website will be delivered to the shipping address filled in at checkout by you.

To ensure prompt and efficient delivery we request you to please provide the complete shipping address along with the correct phone number and email address.

Shipping charges (if applicable) shown at checkout are based on the individual size of the product, packaging and shipping address.


R E T U R N  &  R E F U N D S

We at XAKA Cutlery ensure high quality and craftsmanship in all our products. Every product shipped from our warehouse goes through thorough quality inspection.

We do NOT offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition. All our products are handcrafted by master artisans and craftsmen, one piece at a time, making each piece unique especially for you. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products. 

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement/exchange the product for a different product of the same value / refund your order amount within 21 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check. 

We request you to write to us on our email address in detail with supporting images of the product defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST). We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution.

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer, on delivering your replacement product, XAKA Cutlery will cover shipping charges. 

We would request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund. We are happy to answer any questions related to any XAKA products but will not be able to process any returns, exchanges or refunds except on damaged products.
